The 3rd Floor Cocktail Club officially launches its new rooftop space for Ellicott City SpringFest. The speakeasy cocktail club located inside Judge’s Bench Pub invites guests to make a reservation for one of two seatings where they will enjoy the sights and sounds of SpringFest along with cocktails and an al fresco meal.
