Join us for a tropical wellness adventure on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica! We will embrace wellness the tico way: in community, in communion with nature, and with an awareness that life is very, very good & something to celebrate (¡pura vida!). The retreat will feature yoga and fitness classes & workshops, ecotourism & cultural learning, unique accommodations, delicious food, and time in nature in the jungle and at the beach. We will spend 7/7-7/14, 2024 at Tierra de Sueños Lodge in Limón Province Costa Rica; in addition: please block off 7/6 and 7/15 as possible travel days. $1,800 includes everything except airfare. Rooms are double occupancy but there is an option to upgrade to your own room. Each person will have their own bed and bathrooms will be shared by 4 people. A group excursion will be planned based on participant interest, and options include kayaking, hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding, snorkeling, ziplining, and learning about Calypso music, chocolate factories, herbal medicine, and indigenous culture.
