Savvy Caregiver classes are 100% free and aim to teach caregivers for loved ones with dementia the necessary skills and outlook with an emphasis on self-care. This program has been proven to decrease family caregiver distress, burden, and depression while also increasing caregivers’ sense of competence and confidence in caregiving.
