What is the Spiritual Toolkit?

The Spiritual Toolkit is a series of 1 hour workshops spiritual counselor Justin Ferko designed based on common questions that arise in spiritual companioning trainings and sessions. These are meant to support your own spiritual path.

Spiritual Toolkit workshops honor the authority of each person to speak for themselves and name their higher power and wisdom paths. Participants represent many social and spiritual locations. Active listening, "I statements" and respect for different spiritual paths are essential. Proselytizing and harmful speech are not tolerated. Important points: This will be an experiential workshop. I welcome your participation. To honor what folks share, the session will not be recorded.

What you will need:

Technology requirement: Zoom application installed on smartphone or laptop.

Materials: Notebook, writing utensils for journaling, drawing and reflection prompts. A cup of tea and setting where you feel comfortable and will be undisturbed for the hour. Bring elements that are calling to you to be part of your sacred space.
