A series of well-being classes for children 5-8 yrs. Chakradance kids™ formerly Inamojo™ weaves together storytelling, music, movement and art to teach basic social and emotional skills. The stories are wriiten in a way to that children can understand, After the story they are able t embody the characters through music, dance and art. Mindfulness and calming techniques are also part of the learning. Class themes: Trusting Instincts, Managing Emotions, Self-Esteem, Compassion, Imagination, Self awareness.  The series ends with a dance party.
