When working with Hapé, a beautiful tobacco snuff used to release Panema (dark or stuck energy), preparing our bodies to open and receive the medicine brings about a deeper connection and a wider release during the ceremony.

Eric will lead the circle through an intuitive, spiritual, and primal flow connecting breath with movement to arrive in your body fully and open up to receive and work with the medicine.

Alli will then serve each person and create the container for a powerful Hapé circle, facilitating space for deep inner connection and calm.

Through releasing what is no longer serving you, opening and calling in what you need for your sacred intentions for the circle, and allowing yourself the space for healing - you will leave rejuvenated, empowered, and embodied.
