This workshop addresses the obstacles to a good night's sleep & views them through the ayurvedic lens. Prepare a soothing nighty night spiced milk (plant based) and sample my favorite bedtime tea. We will give ourselves a soothing bedtime foot massage & learn yoga poses associated with better sleep. Leave with a personal bedtime ritual. End with yoga Nidra (recorded for later use).
