Join Alli and Eric for an energizing and stress-relieving combination 90 minute yoga flow to get you ready to handle the holidays!

Eric will begin with a fiery, primal flow to lift us up and pull out our inner light. Alli will then lead us through a cooling, grounded restorative flow. We will close together with a unique guided meditation from us both.

We’ll cheers together at the close of class with an icy holiday Mimosa!

This class is for all levels and experiences; Eric and Alli intuitively and energetically tailor the class to each person in the room. Bring or borrow a mat.
