It’s December and the twinkling lights begin to glow in the dark, chilly nights. Come sit in circle and get grounded with a sacred earth medicine, guided meditation, and handmade medicine tea.

This circle is especially geared toward those who experience Seasonal Affective Disorder, Winter Blues, or feel any level of low during the winter months. We will sit together to welcome the darkness, allow ourselves to get present, and find our inner light that will carry us through this season.
