Reiki 1 Attunement & Training Join us for Reiki Level 1 Attunement and training. The first level of Reiki, of the three levels, is the learning, the initiation, and the opening of the Reiki energy flow. Reiki energy is thought to be many things; light, source, love in all its purest form. When we work with Reiki, we are the vessel and the channel. This Level 1 workshop teaches you and attunes you to become this vessel for yourself and for your spaces. The focus of Reiki Level 1 is to begin working with Reiki, understanding how to channel, and practicing self-Reiki for at least 30 days following for personal healing and growth. The training includes hand positions, Usui symbols, a working knowledge of the 7 Chakra system, an intro to the 12 Chakra system, a history of Reiki and energy work, self-Reiki practice, as well as your Level 1 attunement and Reiki workbook. Your group will also be connected for ongoing Reiki shares. As an added bonus, my room at the Center will be available for you for two practice sessions with a fellow Reiki student. My personal philosophy in working as a Reiki practitioner for over a year prior to becoming a Reiki Master is that Reiki is a practice. As a Medicine Woman, I believe that Reiki - light, source, love - is accessible to all. This training teaches how to access and tap into it. I also teach confidence-building, trust in Reiki as a source of healing, a unique approach to shadow work, and connecting into our own inner medicine. Reiki is appropriate, accessible, and healing for everyone and every body. It is not a requirement of Reiki 1 to move to Reiki 2 Practitioner training; this workshop will however prepare you to step into Reiki 2 after your 30 days of self-practice.
