Classical Yoga is taught as a Lifestyle with sequential learning. Muscle memory is slowly built. Adaptations are offered to students at varied levels of experience and flexibility. Sequences proceed through each 5-week session. Each class has a theme which builds on the one before. The most healthful effect comes with learning built upon previous lessons.

Be sure to pre-register by calling Radiance with your phone number & email address. You may pay by showing up early before the first class. But this is WINTER. We want to be able to contact you if there is questionable weather in the news.

Students are welcome to drop in at any one class within each series. One single-class fee of $20 can be applied to a full series, within THIS series. We use props so bring or borrow mat, strap, block. Price of each 5-week session: $75. Twice a week $150. Single class: $20. Private lesson: $75.
