Okuden means inner or hidden teachings which take you deeper into your personal and spiritual Reiki journey.   Reiki II introduces three of the Reiki symbols and mantras. The symbols will help you to continue to expand your understanding of Earth and Heavenly energy as well as the concept of Oneness. You will also learn the technique of distance healing. A large part of the training received in Second Degree Reiki is centered on the understanding and use of the three symbols and mantras. You will receive three Attunements/Reiju during the class. Additional Japanese Reiki Techniques and meditations will also be learned as well as significant hands-on experience.  The class manual, Level II Okuden, by Bronwen and Frans Stiene is included in class fee.
