Zen & Fit will conduct a kids’ summer yoga series called BlossOM during the Lititz Farmers Market from 4 to 4:30 p.m. every third Thursday of the month through September (2024).

Private sessions with Sara Esh in the studio and at home are available for all ages and all levels. She teaches group classes at I am Limitless Studio and Evolution Lancaster weekly.
