Certified Somatic Voicework instructor and vibrational sound healing practitioner Jen Lobo Rose will be leading an introductory Somatic Singing Class Intro Workshop from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., December 4, 2023, at Soundwise Health Studio, prior to a new, 10-week group voice class beginning in early January 2024.

She says about the class, “Learn to sing with confidence, joy and ease through a somatic foundation involving movement, listening to your body, learning about breath support, understanding vocal registration and relaxing the body.” The small class of 12 to 15 people will meet once a week for 75 minutes, with a seven-module video curriculum to support the learning.

“If you’ve always wanted to learn to sing, but have been too confused about where to begin, this is your starting point. You will learn the fundamentals of somatic singing, combined with nervous system regulation,” explains Rose.
