The third annual Lancaster County Women’s Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., May 17, at Spooky Nook Sports. The event is an opportunity to participate in health screenings, sample spa treatments and check out entertainment and exhibitor booths related to nutrition, beauty, health and wellness, fashion, home, finance, technology and more.

As part of the scheduled mix of presentations and entertainment, Lancaster’s Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre will perform scenes from Hairspray, The Music Man, Crazy for You and Shrek. A Christopher & Banks fashion show will highlight 2014 fashion trends. Flowers by Paulette will demonstrate how to create beautiful floral arrangements, and Stauffers of Kissel Hill teaches how to use thrillers, fillers and spillers to transform container gardens from ordinary to amazing. Other amusing activities include a handwriting analysis session by Mitzi Jones, a Zumba lesson, a wine tasting, a Fun Photo Booth and a hula-hoop contest offering a $100 cash prize for the winner.
