Caron 12-Step Spirituality Series at Atonement Lutheran

Caron Treatment Centers, a national leader in addictions treatment, will present its fourth annual lecture series, The Healing Power of 12-Step Spirituality, in conjunction with Atonement Lutheran Church, in Wyomissing, which will host the gatherings. The series focuses on healing and nurturing relationships throughout addictions recovery.

On February 6 at 7 p.m., the program, Falling Upward: Lifting our Heads from Shame to Grace, will be presented by licensed, professional counselor Kathleen Murphy, who is the experiential group therapist for Breakthrough at Caron, a program that is open to anyone, not just those suffering from the disease of addiction. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with coffee and refreshments served.

For more than 60 years, Caron has served those affected by alcoholism and other drug addictions. Its comprehensive array of services provide evidence-based treatment for individuals and families seeking recovery and hope for a new life.
