 Natural Awakenings Lancaster-Berks

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Restorative Yoga re-energizes tired achy bodies and minds through the practice of relaxation into postures that are supported with props. In this class students can expect that their overworked or underworked but stressed muscles will release, allowing the superficial and the deeper facia (connective) tissues to be nourished. Once these tissues are nourished the whole being is more vibrant and balanced and circulation (breath, blood, immunity, and prana) becomes more functional. Postures will be accompanied by crystal sound bowls and gong bath. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice including 1st time students and beginners.
