Learn “alla prima” portrait painting from life in this 3-session painting class. You will learn and practice breaking down complex shapes, how to block-in shapes, finding and maintaining likeness, material handling/process, color, tone, and anatomy. This class is suitable for all levels and attendees should complete the class with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to paint more accurate portraits. Oils or acrylics are welcomed!
