Start your day off right with a morning outdoor yoga session. Instructed by our friends from Laurel Limb Yoga, participants will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Yoga will be held outside on Saturdays starting May 1st at 10:00am-10:30am. Participants should bring their own yoga mat or towel. Classes are $5 for children 5 and up and their caregiver.
