The City of Coatesville has been selected to fill up to 150 manufacturing positions at Morgan Truck Body in Morgantown, PA. In partnership with the Chester County Economic Development Council’s Hire One Initiative, a job fair will be held in Coatesville on Saturday, April 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Coatesville City Hall, One City Place.

Ninety percent of the available jobs are hourly manufacturing assembler positions with no previous experience necessary. Job offers will be extended on the spot, contingent on a plant visit to review specific job requirements. Offers will start at $14.75 per hour, with experienced manufacturing assemblers earning up to $19.00 per hour. Transportation support may be provided, with full benefits after 30 days, including a 401K plan and more. Assemblers can be promoted to the next level within their first three to six months on the job, depending on experience and how quickly they gain skills.

Who should attend: Individuals ages 18 and up, with no previous experience necessary, available for shifts Monday through Friday that begin at 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Individuals for whom English is a second language are welcome.
