Ariana Miley (Yoga & Meditation Instructor) and Cara Wojciechowski (Music Therapist, Certified Birth and Bereavement Doula) will be hosting a virtual pregnancy support group 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝟲:𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺. This group is open to anyone who is pregnant or looking for continued support after giving birth. Each group will begin with a meditation and music-based relaxation to provide grounding. Everyone will then be invited to introduce themselves before we get into our topic of discussion for the evening. Through our time together, we will develop a deeper self-understanding, explore personal values, and empower one another to thrive, both as individuals and givers of life. This is an open group, meaning that new and existing members can attend at any given time, and are always welcome to return for postpartum support.
