This class is intended for Health Care Providers and includes the standard Reiki I agenda plus Reiki research, nursing theory related to energy work and the use of Reiki in nursing practice. 

This class has a strong focus on self-care techniques for reducing stress and promoting empowerment. You will learn the Reiki precepts, which are essential elements of Reiki practice, the history of Reiki, techniques and meditations and how to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
