Integrating Clinical EFT "Tapping" Into Your Holistic Practice

Online professional training offers CE and psychodrama credits

Activating acupressure points to release the body’s healing energy has been an important heath practice for centuries. Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) offers a simplified technique that can work to rapidly soothe an agitated nervous system in clients of all ages and experiences, including phobias, trauma, anxious thoughts/feelings, and compulsive and addictive behaviors.

This online workshop will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern Time on Jan. 8 and Jan. 22. In this two-part training workshop with Mary Kalbach, Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner, we will cover the basic “recipe” of Clinical EFT, which grew from Thought Field Therapy derived from the ancient acupuncture practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as more modern Neurolinguistic Programming principles.

She will instruct on the history of the technique’s evolution and how it applies to both ancient wisdom of the chakras, as well as modern theories relating to the neurobiology of trauma and the polyvagal nervous system.

CE and psychodrama credits are provided.
