Qigong is a wonderful practice to release stress , gain strength, flexibility and connect with your being through gentle mindful movements.
qigong – 氣功, is an art and science, a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi/氣) (“life energy”). Qigong practice involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy like you are dancing in Qi.
