The beginner yoga series will be held 9-10am Saturdays in August. Prepayment is required due to the covid required limited class sizes. Class registration will open to the general public on Monday. I can accept payment by venmo, cash or check. Here are a few details

Due to covid restrictions, please bring your own yoga mat, towel (or small blanket for padding) and blocks for your own use during practice.

• If you can’t make a session, a recording of class will be provided at no additional cost.
• Mats are spaced 6’ apart, so you may remove your mask once everyone is on their mats.
• Due to social distancing restrictions, physical adjustments will not be offered.
• Cost is $50 for all 4 classes, payment due to hold your spot.
