Reiki II introduces three of the Reiki symbols and mantras. These symbols are used as a focus for enhanced grounding, strengthening mental and emotional healing and to delve more deeply into the concept of Oneness and remote healing. A large part of the training received in Okuden is centered on the understanding and use of these symbols and building on your own personal practice of going inward. During this class, you will receive three Okuden Reiki II attunements.
