Spring Purchase | Summer Harvest | September Pick-Up

The annual spring order season for sustainably harvested wild Alaskan salmon is underway. To participate in our Community Supported Fishery (CSF), 20 lb. shares or 10 lb. half-shares of sockeye salmon can be purchased directly from the fisherman via our online store. For guaranteed availability at the best price of the season, be sure to order by May 25th.

Each vivid red filet is sushi-grade, deep frozen and individually vacuum sealed at the peak of freshness, with bones removed and skin on one side. For amazing flavor and versatility for a variety of quick and nutritious mealtimes, feel free to become part of our Community Supported Fishery.

Salmon shares purchased online in the spring will be harvested in the summer and available at local, scheduled pick-up events in September in Altoona, Chambersburg and Lancaster, PA, as well as Florham Park, NJ. See our website for all the details.
