2-hour educational class teaching moms how to recover postpartum

Getting into shape after having a baby is hard - there's no doubt about it! Where do you even start? You don't feel like you have control anymore. What is a schedule/routine anyway? How do you reclaim yourself and especially your abs? You may be lost but don't have to be!
Postpartum Fitness at AAMC helps and supports you so you don't feel lost. We talk about what your body goes through during and after pregnancy, techniques to minimize aches and pains and bladder control issues, safe abs exercises to target new mom bellies, posture fixing, breastfeeding and exercise, mental health with postpartum depression, and so much more.

This class is for moms with any level of fitness, from beginner to advanced, and any stage of motherhood. And non-mobile babies are welcome!
