Welcome to the world of ayurveda, a 5000 year-old Indian wellness system that recognizes the connection between the 5 elements of nature, our environment, minds and bodies. This workshop will be a journey of self-discovery where you will learn which elements are prominent in your life (your dosha) and how the time of day and seasons impact your well being. Ayurveda teaches that "like attracts like and opposites balance". Lets spend an evening in exploration of Ayurvedic self-care rituals and customize a daily plan to support balanced wellness.
