Come learn to harmonize your heart, mind and body in a life-sustaining way through the spiritual practices of centering, teaching, lectio divina (a contemplative practice of scripture reading) and gentle body prayer. Register for part or all of the day which includes a vegan, gluten-free North African dinner with Marcella catered by Upohar. This is the first of three sessions. Each session has a unique focus.
