 Natural Awakenings Lancaster-Berks

2020 is hindsight: Journaling with the End in Mind

with Jill Althouse-Wood

As we begin the New Year, we stop to contemplate the next chapter of our lives by taking a peek at the last page of the book…our obituaries. Through guided exercises, participants will take stock of the years they have lived and have yet to live. Beginning from the end, we will take the long view of our personal narratives and write out our own life tribute. Then, with that story in mind, we will backtrack, returning to 2020 to write out our vision for the New Year, while acknowledging it for the gift it is.

All work is personal—no sharing required, and no writing or journaling experience needed. Bring your questions and aspirations, a notebook or some paper, and a pen or pencil. Open to all. The cost for this workshop is $25 paid preregistered /$30 at door.
