Yuriko’s teaching style is influenced by Pam Guido/ShriYoga, Jason Crandell, and Kathryn Budig. Her classes incorporate a mindful vinyasa flow with a focus on the breath and alignment. Modifications and props are encouraged so that students can find their expression of the pose. Smiling and a playful attitude is encouraged. All levels welcome!
