One hour of pure sonic bliss. Join us on for a sonic journey through the chakras!  November will be focued on the sacral chakra. Professional Violinist and Yoga teacher, Helena Lalita will guide students through gentle mindful movement and pranayama breathing practices for 10 minutes. The following 50 minutes will be a transcendental and ethereal experience of deep savasana and sound bathing. Helena creates soundscapes using a loop pedal that allows her to layer sound upon melody. Each piece is improvised inspired by the space, as well as places she has traveled to. From the Himalayas of India, to the climes of Switzerland, and the furthest western shores of Japan, she brings to you the sounds of the world and invites you on journey within. Helena will also have her recently released album of 11 songs around the world available for purchase. 

Please be aware that this monthly event often fills in advance. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, whatever you need to lie in comfort on the floor for most of an hour. Dress comfortably, and in layers. Bring a bottle of drinking water. Prepare to be in bliss.
