Feel Better in the New Year with Sensory Concepts

Sensory Concepts, located in Wyomissing, offers orthopedic massage, medical massage, esthetics, waxing, Aqua Foot Detox and Ultrashape. “We live in a society that is so quick to mask the symptoms with medications rather than get to the actual problem,” explains owner Sandy Wagner. “My goal is to help improve quality of life by decreasing pain and increasing movement through pain-free treatment.”

Orthopedic massage therapy treats painful conditions that affect the soft tissue of the body. Medical Massage uses various customized treatments targeted to specific conditions and pathologies, with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment. Professional esthetics and waxing services are designed to target all signs of aging, as well as hair removal. The Aqua Foot Detox treatment uses the principle of negative ion generation that helps toxins leave the body through the feet. Ultrashape is a non-invasive body-shaping procedure that uses focused, pulsed ultrasound for selective fat cell destruction.

Pharmaceutical-grade Zilis Ultracell CBD oil is available for purchase. According to Wagner, clients have reported many positive improvements after using the CBD oil. A client with anxiety reported sleeping well through the night, while another client said her pain and discomfort were reduced.
